The problem isn’t that you’re
"not trying hard enough.”

Mainstream health & fitness industries, social media, and toxic mom culture set unrelenting standards for what to eat.

  • They tend to moralize health, weight, and food choices.

  • This leads to stress.

  • Stress further increases disordered eating habits and chronic health conditions.

No, it’s not you…

it’s the WORLD that’s the problem.

So let’s stop looking to the world to tell us what to eat, mmmkay?

Instead, you can look INWARD
and discover your priorities.

Are you IN?

❤️ You want to accept your body as is and still aim for good nutrition.

😪 You go to food for comfort at the end of a long day, but afterward you have all the feels: guilty, upset, critical. It’s hard to go easy on yourself.

👩‍🍳 You fluctuate between being ON or OFF with food. You’re either meal prepping like a mad woman OR telling the kids to fend for themselves.

❌ You’re a cycle breaker. You don’t want your kids overthinking calories, points, and weigh-ins like you did.

🎒 You bear the weight of the mental load and want simple recipes & meal planning for real life.

📘 The book Intuitive Eating has been sitting untouched on your nightstand and you want someone to walk through it with you.

Nutrition Counseling

Meet with Erin to let go of food rules, practice listening to your body, and find satisfaction with food.

Hey, I’m Erin,
a taco-loving dietitian
in Columbus, Ohio…

and the mom of 3 kids.

I spent years striving for the “ideal” diet, followed by a long season of trying to be the perfect mom.  It was exhausting and impossible. Now, I commit to listening to the wise voice within me.  Won’t you join me?

I believe that… you can trust your body and yourself. You can listen to your cues, to what YOU really want when it comes to food, (and other stuff in your life too).  You have the freedom to decide what’s important.

My mission is…to walk alongside as you find your voice and move toward more ease with food.

Nutrition Counseling for Every Body

  • Intuitive Eating

Nutrition counseling for intuitive eating involves deconstructing nutrition messages you’ve heard over the years, processing the impact they’ve had on your life and health, and letting go of food rules as you choose. You’ll practice noticing internal cues, grow to find satisfaction with eating, and cultivate kindness toward your body. We’ll follow a framework of 1) learn, 2) notice, 3) practice, and 4) reflect.

  • Eating Disorder Treatment

If you have an eating disorder, you may know that intuitive eating is not recommended in the beginning of the recovery process. We will meet for traditional, evidence-based nutrition counseling for eating disorders with the option of exploring anti-diet concepts as time allows. I use a non-number-based meal plan for individuals who require it, and keep in touch with other members of your treatment team regularly.
